'Flavours of the Caribbean: Dominican Cuisine' Workshop *NEW*

Centre Cívic Matas i Ramis, Horta, Horta-Guinardó
Teacher: Thairis Altagracia. We will discover the essence of Dominican cuisine through simple, flavourful recipes. We will prepare dishes such as plantain baskets filled with meat, the classic mangú con los tres golpes, la bandera dominicana with rice, beans and stewed chicken, and the refreshing drink morir soñando. Bringing an apron, tea towel and food container is recommended.
