'Flavours of Turkey: Between Asia and Europe' Gastronomy Workshop *NEW*

We will travel through the flavours of Istanbul by exploring meze, a culinary tradition shared by Greece, Turkey, Lebanon and Syria. We will learn to prepare a selection of emblematic dishes in which the balance between acidity, freshness and texture is essential, using characteristic ingredients such as sumac, pomegranate molasses, yoghurt and aromatic herbs. An experience full of contrasts, hospitality and flavours that will transport us from Istanbul cafés to the spice markets of the Bosphorus. Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and keep long hair tied back.
