'Food Waste Reduction Cooking' Workshop and Guided Visit

An activity combining a guided visit to Centre Cívic el Sortidor, where participants will discover practical ways to extend the life of objects and reduce waste generation. This is followed by a cooking workshop where the public can watch simple and creative recipes being prepared live, giving a second life to food that is often thrown away and learning easy ideas to apply at home. Led by AMB Programa compartim futurs and XEAB Activitats ambientals. Information and environmental-education activities to promote a culture of sustainability.
