'Foot and Hand Reflexology' Workshop *NEW*

Reflexology is an ancient manual technique practised in China and India for more than four thousand years. It promotes the body's self-regulation process by stimulating points on the feet, hands and certain other areas of the body known as reflex zones. By "reflex zones" we mean points with nerve connections communicating with different areas, organs or glands of the body. Through these manipulations we restore balance, help prevent ailments and support the body's capacity for regeneration. The workshop will combine theory and practice, work on the reflex zones of the feet and hands, and begin from scratch. Teacher: Isabel Mercadé.
