"Foresta" Concert

Foresta is the duo formed by Ion Cortada and Marta Pairó. From l'Alt Empordà and Pla de l'Estany, they revisit American and Irish folk with a contemporary, personal perspective. Presenting their debut album Esclat de maig, they combine vocal harmonies, acoustic instruments and original songs in Catalan to build an intimate, warm sonic universe connecting folk tradition with the sensitivity of contemporary singer-songwriter music. Ion Cortada, vocals and guitar, and Marta Pairó, vocals and violin.
