Gastronomy Workshop 'Introduction to Wine Tasting'

Teacher: Cel·la Mondéjar. Through sensory analysis, we will begin tasting three wines. In each session, we will work through the stages of tasting and discover the main aromas of fruit, baked goods and spices. We will establish the foundations of the tasting phase through flavours and tactile sensations. At the same time, we will be introduced to the production of white, rosé, red, sparkling and sweet wines and discover which regions, varieties and styles best suit us. Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and wear your hair tied back.
