Gastronomy Workshop: 'Special Recipes for Ordinary Days'

Centre Cultural La Casa Elizalde, la Dreta de l'Eixample, Eixample
Teacher: Comas Vidal, Carmeta. We will cook easy-to-prepare dishes with an original twist. We will practise cutting and cooking techniques and prepare both innovative dishes and more classic ones, as well as some that have gradually disappeared from our tables, such as beans with king prawns, vegetable pie with goat's cheese, black rice with cuttlefish and "La Viña" cheesecake, among others. We will turn an everyday meal into a celebration. Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and wear your hair tied back.
