'Gentle Pilates' Workshop

Led by Leo Thai @i.used.to.fly. If you would like to discover the foundations of the Pilates method, this is your workshop; as its creator said: - "Pilates is a practice for life; whatever our age, we can always benefit from its principles", - "Learning to breathe correctly is essential for a healthy life". As this is a group activity, we will encourage social interaction and mutual support among participants, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere. Materials: comfortable clothing, a mat, water and a towel are recommended.
