'Germinar. Supporting Chronic Pain through Arts and Creativity' Workshop for Women

“Germinar” is a meeting space designed to support people living with pain, particularly chronic pain. The programme provides a space for listening and expression where participants can share experiences in an atmosphere of trust and respect. Its methodology combines different artistic and body-based languages, including meditation, music, creative writing, stage work and clowning, with the aim of supporting well-being, self-knowledge and personal expression. Through this multidisciplinary journey, it explores the interrelationships between body, emotions, thought and behaviour, promoting a holistic view of the experience of pain. Led by Claudia Cantone.
