Show title: Carlos Cano en Clau de Jazz. Contemporary jazz – Barcelona. The music of Carlos Cano, the legendary Andalusian singer-songwriter and poet who revived traditional Andalusian styles such as copla, returns in full force thanks to arrangements by Giulia Valle. Carlos Cano en Clau de Jazz recreates some of the Granada artist's greatest songs twenty years after his death. An essential legacy, recovered and highlighted by Giulia Valle, a composer, bassist and leading figure in Barcelona jazz who leads the Giulia Valle Ensemble and Giulia Valle Trio. At La Mercè, she is joined by an outstanding group of talented musicians.
