'Heavenly Sweets' Workshop

Monestir Santa Maria de Jerusalem was the only Catalan convent to receive a 2025 Christmas Solete from the Guía Repsol, thanks to the artisanal work of its nuns. We will discover the products that earned this recognition and some of the most common examples of this type of baking, such as mantecados, madeleines, iced ring biscuits and tocino de cielo. Sweets that will take us straight to heaven! Led by Cristina Kalvo.
