'Heels' Workshop *NEW*

Teachers: Mireia and Cristina from Companyia Inheels. Leave prejudice and embarrassment behind and prepare to connect with your sensuality through Heels. We will work on this style with solid, professional foundations, always in a safe and respectful environment. We will begin with exercises from ballet and jazz to strengthen technique and balance and build body strength. We will then integrate these into choreography, allowing us to work on body awareness, musicality, coordination and choreographic memory. Heeled footwear is not compulsory. Bring comfortable clothing and non-slip socks.
