'Hiking' Workshop

Centre Cívic Urgell, la Nova Esquerra de l'Eixample, Eixample
We will go walking in the mountains and forests. We will learn walking techniques, navigation, how to follow trail and path signs, and how to recognise trees and plants in order to understand our natural heritage and, above all, enjoy the landscape and contact with nature. Routes will take place in different natural areas near Barcelona that are accessible by public transport. When you register, we will tell you the meeting point for the first outing. A minimum level of physical fitness is required to enjoy the walks. Teacher: María José Álvarez.
