'Hot Sauces' Workshop NEW

Led by Maria Vittoria Marulli. Aimed at people over 18. We will discover different ways of building heat in cooking, balancing acidity, fat and aromas. We will prepare three types of sauce: oil-based, vinegar-based and made with roasted ingredients. We will also cover storage criteria, choosing chillies and the culinary uses of each preparation.
