Teacher: Cristina Morales. Empowerment, or inner sovereignty, refers to each person's ability to direct their own life through awareness, responsibility and inner coherence. When we lose this sovereignty, we often act from reaction, complaint, blame or constant adaptation to others and to circumstances. Reclaiming personal power means occupying one's own place again with greater clarity, determination and presence. This workshop offers a practical and experiential space for identifying the areas of life in which we have given away our power without realising it and how we can take the reins again with a more conscious and active attitude. Through activities and self-knowledge tools, participants will reconnect with their capacity for decision-making, boundaries and action.
