'Introduction to Acrobatics' Workshop

Led by Leo Thai @i.used.to.fly. In this workshop we will focus on confidence, empowerment and enjoying being ourselves. We will cultivate breathing in balance with life, working on listening and self-love. To do so, we will explore balance, flexibility, strength and concentration, focusing on inverted postures, both static and dynamic. Body awareness and a willingness to learn are recommended. We will focus on the group of participants and their interaction. Materials: comfortable clothing, water and a towel are recommended.
