'Introduction to Comic Scriptwriting' Workshop

Notes: for people aged over 12. Bring a basic pencil case and notebook. Workshop started in October. This course is an introduction to creating and writing scripts, focusing mainly on comics and graphic narrative, although the tools used are also applicable to novels, film and any audiovisual format. We will work on the foundations of scriptwriting and how to develop a story, as well as writing characters and their interactions within the narrative environments we create. The comic-drawing workshops aim to encourage a passion for creating comics; style does not matter: manga, American, European... We will develop the foundations of drawing, perspective and narrative, understand panels, create scripts and, from these foundations, create whatever you enjoy most, develop your own story and improve day by day.
