'Introduction to European History from Classical Greece' Workshop

Professional: Salvador Lara, history teacher. Cultural-promotion workshop. The different historical periods will be analysed through their economic, political and social structures, while also examining what everyday life was like in each period. The aim is to understand history without having to memorise dates and names. The course is therefore intended to be dynamic and participatory. It is structured into 7 sections: 1) Ancient History; 2) the Middle Ages and feudalism; 3) the modern state; 4) the bourgeois revolution and Industrial Revolution; 5) the labour movement; 6) the First and Second World Wars (Nazism and Fascism); and 7) the welfare state and the current situation.
