'Introduction to Heels Dance' Workshop *NEW*

A workshop introducing movement, dance and confidence in heels through a progressive and respectful approach. Throughout the workshop, participants work on bodily confidence, expressiveness and stage presence in a supportive and carefully managed environment. Practice offers a journey of discovery and personal development in which each person can gradually gain comfort, confidence and freedom of movement, connect with their own body and occupy their space with greater awareness and strength.
