"Italian Cooking: Della Nonna" Workshop *NEW*

Would you like to delve into the secrets of traditional Italian cooking? We will learn to prepare antipasti, pasta, sauces and meat dishes from different regions of the country. We will cover the fundamentals of choosing and handling ingredients, as well as making a selection of home-cooked dishes in honour of Italian grandmothers' cuisine. We will cook dishes including Minestrone, Focaccia di Recco, Peposo dell'Impruneta and Gnocchi alla romana. (*Activity with an additional fee). Teacher: Lorenzo Giovannini.
