'Japanese Cooking for Festive Days' Gastronomy Workshop

Teacher: Miho Miyata. Christmas is just around the corner, bringing family gatherings and shared celebrations. We will prepare recipes ideal for these special occasions: Japanese-style tapas, sushi with festive presentation, meat dishes and more. We will learn step by step how to prepare them at home and share these delicacies with family and friends. Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and keep your hair tied back.
