Japan at the table in this 100% plant-based Japanese cooking course. Discover the flavours and delicacy of traditional Japanese cuisine over 7 sessions in which we will learn to cook classic Japanese dishes at home using plant-based ingredients, including broths, soups, rice with seaweed, gyoza and, of course, sushi. New ideas for everyday meals and for surprising your guests. The flavour of the Land of the Rising Sun at your table. (*Activity with an additional fee).
