'Japanese Western-style Cooking' Workshop

Many dishes that are now part of everyday Japanese cuisine have international origins, but over time they have been adapted to Japanese tastes and ingredients until becoming recipes of their own. In this course we will discover some of these popular, easy-to-prepare dishes, such as omurice, creamy milk-based stews and distinctive Japanese curry. An opportunity to discover another side of Japanese cuisine and learn to cook dishes enjoyed in homes across Japan today. An additional fee must be paid in cash on the first day of class. The classroom is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. Teacher: Miho Miyata.
