"Joina + Dressed Like Boys" Concert

This event is part of Afers, a new concert series bringing together the worlds of a local artist and a European artist at La CINC in a close, intimate format. The initiative pairs two acts sharing a musical genre for one date a month, to discover emerging talent on today's music scene. Joina is an artist who stands out for her original approach to composition. A classically trained pianist (ESMUC) influenced by Debussy, James Blake and FKA Twigs, she unsettles clichés with her authenticity, bringing her classical background together with her pop, electronic and experimental side. After two albums, a stint on TV3 playing in the house band of the programme Zona Franca and performances alongside artists such as M.I.A and Beth, in 2025 she released her third record, Entre la mort i el desglaç, produced with Emili Bosch (b1n0) and released on Foehn Records. The Dressed Like Boys show is supported by Liveurope, the first pan-European initiative supporting concert venues in their efforts to promote emerging European artists.
