'Korean Cooking' Workshop

Teacher: Xènia Elias (Zero Waste BCN). We will cook, among other things, the famous mandu (filled dumplings), delicious yubuchobap (seasoned stuffed tofu pouches) and kimchi fried rice. We will make different banchan and several namul (small side dishes and Korean-style seasoned vegetables). The recipes in this workshop are vegan.
