Carla's work focuses on discovering the possibilities every body has through play, without fear of mistakes or embarrassment. The sessions do not follow a conventional dance-class pattern, but offer a series of playful dynamics that invite movement almost unconsciously. These are simple and enjoyable activities that bring us closer to a technical foundation and provide creative tools. The activities are designed to awaken attention, coordination, precision, listening, balance and creativity, generating a safe, trusting and non-judgemental space and inviting everyone to take part. Led by Cia Carla Sisteré. Activity co-organised with CC Casa Groga.
