'Learn to Cure Olives' Talk

Would you like to learn how to prepare olives traditionally? In this workshop we will discover the different processes used to make olives edible depending on their type. We will also put the theory into practice by preparing Arbequina olives with water, salt and savory. Each participant will take home their own jar of olives. Led by Lluís Filella Carballo, volunteer workshop leader from l'Hòrstik de la Nau Bòstik. With support from l'Aula Ambiental, within Xarxa d'Horts de Sant Andreu.
