An introductory course covering the fundamentals of stage lighting for shows and events. We will learn basic concepts of light, how spotlights and lighting equipment work, how to create atmospheres, and the principles of lighting design applied to the stage. Sessions will combine theory and practice so that students become familiar with lighting setup, programming and control processes, acquiring the basic tools needed to take part in stage productions and cultural events.
