Luis R. Conriquez is one of the leading figures in today's regional Mexican music and a key name in popularising corridos bélicos. Born in Caborca, Sonora, Mexico, he began his career as a songwriter before stepping out as a performer, quickly establishing himself thanks to his authentic style and his ability to connect with younger generations. Since his recording debut in 2018 with Mis Inicios, he has built a rising career, amassing millions of streams and performing across Mexico, the United States and Latin America. His best-known hits include El Búho, JGL and Siempre Pendientes, along with collaborations with major artists in the genre such as Peso Pluma, La Adictiva, Grupo Firme and Julión Álvarez.
