'Making Ointments' Seminar

Led by Zero Waste Bcn. We will discover plant-based ointments, fat-based preparations historically used for different ailments. We will learn the basics of plant ointments and prepare two: one for muscular and joint discomfort and another to help with breathing. Bring two very small glass jars with lids to take the ointments home —for example, small sample jam jars—.
