"Marta Robles and Alicia Grillo" Concert

Marta Robles and Alicia Grillo, guitarists with Las Migas, present a very special format: a duo born from the need to explore new forms of communication through the guitar. In the intimate setting of Jamboree, Robles and Grillo will recreate the universe of Las Migas from an instrumental perspective. Melodies, rhythms and silences become vehicles for conveying the messages found in the songs of the band they belong to: freedom, identity, female strength, journeys and the search for one's own voice. The concert, they explain, is constructed as a shared experience. The artists engage with the audience, explain the origins of some pieces, invite participation and open spaces for listening that reveal how a story can also be told without words. The repertoire combines compositions by Las Migas, works from the Spanish classical heritage, flamenco pieces and original compositions by Robles, in an evocative journey bringing together tradition, contemporary creation and emotion.
