Teacher: Raquel Tomàs. Are you curious about what vitamins actually do and whether we need to take supplements? Would you like to learn how to interpret the basic parameters of a blood test? Would you like to know more about diabetes, hypothyroidism and anaemia? Or perhaps you want to understand insomnia or sleep apnoea, the harmful effects of the sun on the skin, or what happens to the prostate as a man gets older? We will try to answer these and other questions in plain language, with content accessible to everyone and with one aim beyond simple curiosity or entertainment: to provide information that helps you preserve your health and manage your illnesses.
