'Mental Gymnastics: Put Your Mind to the Test' Workshop *NEW*

These classes are designed to help participants understand, exercise and manage cognitive processes in a collective, participatory and emotionally safe environment. The workshop combines games, readings, conversations, practical activities and short theoretical explanations adapted to the group, with the aim not only of exercising cognitive functions but also of better understanding how they work and which everyday factors affect them.
