"Miguel Poveda" Concert

Miguel Poveda has announced that, to mark the fifteenth anniversary of Coplas del querer, his best-selling album —certified Gold and Platinum and winner of three Premios de la Música—, he will bring it back to the stage to reaffirm the artistic value of coplas that form part of Spain's musical history, adding new versions to those already recorded. In addition to these concerts —a unique opportunity to experience one of the year's musical events live—, the artist is preparing, together with Universal Music Group, a reissue of the successful album in different formats, including previously unreleased material. Miguel Poveda is one of the most recognised and versatile voices in contemporary Spanish music, with a career built on rigorous performance and a remarkable ability to engage with different song traditions without losing his identity. Along this journey, Coplas del querer marked a turning point in the music scene, as the album helped reappraise copla from a contemporary artistic perspective, broadening its reach and consolidating it as a living repertoire.
