'Mujeres enteras' Workshop for Women

Life constantly transforms us. Through different experiences, changes and challenges, we often focus on responsibilities, work, family or adapting to new stages and forget about ourselves. At “Mujeres Enteras” you will find a safe space to talk, listen and listen to ourselves, where recognising our emotions becomes the first step towards understanding ourselves, healing and reconnecting with our essence. Throughout this term we will address themes that run through many women's lives, such as migration, life changes, loss, fears, self-esteem and everything that prevents us from moving forward. There will also be specific moments for sharing and reflecting on the migration experience, recognising the challenges and learning this process may involve, always from an inclusive perspective open to all women.
