'Narrating Myself' Workshop *NEW*

Teachers: Claudia Godoy and Maria Casanova. This workshop is devoted to autobiographical storytelling. A journey to learn about and connect with the importance of what we tell ourselves and how we create our personal narrative. A proposal bringing together psychology, art therapy and storytelling. We will combine theoretical sections with experiential practice through a participatory approach that facilitates personal and collective exploration through reflection, expression and experimentation with different artistic languages.
