Discover natural wine and cava from a critical and mindful perspective. We will challenge myths, understand how they are produced and highlight the work of small producers from Catalonia's main wine-growing areas. A workshop to spark curiosity, encourage responsible consumption and reconnect with the territory and the culture of wine and cava. Teacher: Migue Bisbal.
