'Neuroscience and Mutual Support: How to Live with Anxiety More Healthily' Workshop *NEW*

1 October 2026 – 3 December 2026 · 18:00

Centre Cívic Vil·la Urània, el Putxet i el Farró, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi

Why do so many of us experience anxiety? Where does it come from, and what can we do to live with it in a healthier way? These are some of the questions we will address, combining neuroscience knowledge, practical tools for everyday life and mutual-support activities. We will reflect on the meaning we give to the knowledge explored and discover how to apply it to improve our mental health and well-being. No previous knowledge is required and the workshop is open to anyone interested. Led by Simon Serka, neuroscientist and science communicator.
