"On Stage. Carmen Segovia" Exhibition

Like an architect of images, Carmen Segovia takes text to the stage —the page— and turns it into an illustrated theatrical representation. An image-maker attends to every ingredient and detail, from the simplest to the most complex: interpretation of the text, characters, space, composition, rhythm and narrative, among others. Each project requires a great deal of preparation and prior work so that the illustration can finally take the stage.
