One-off Cooking Workshop "Autumn Baking"

A carrot and pumpkin cake, ricotta and quince turnovers, and a surprising sweet-potato tiramisu. In this workshop we will explore how to transform seasonal produce into simple and tasty baked treats. We will learn quick and easy recipes that showcase local ingredients while discovering new ways to use them in sweet preparations. An ideal introduction to home baking with creative, balanced and flavourful recipes. Led by Cristina Kalvo.
