One-off Cooking Workshop 'Cannelloni: From Grandmother's Kitchen to Creative Cooking'

A workshop combining the tradition of classic cannelloni with creative, contemporary proposals. We will learn the traditional recipe —its flavours and techniques— and explore new versions with innovative fillings, ingredients and presentations. A practical experience for enjoying cooking between memory and imagination. Led by David Sanmartín.
