Discover the secrets of this famous Italian recipe and how to give it a creative twist. We will learn which type of rice to use and the basic technique for preparing a creamy risotto. With this knowledge, you will be able to create any risotto recipe using the ingredients you like best. Together we will prepare this delicious dish in two variations, using fresh seasonal ingredients. The workshop will be taught in Italian, so a basic knowledge of the language is required. Led by Claudio Masala.
