Notes: the additional fee covers ingredients for all ten sessions and must be paid in cash on the first day of class. A journey without leaving the kitchen: Peru, France, Argentina, Hungary, Bulgaria and Italy, all using seasonal produce. Anticuchos, chestnut velouté, empanadas, goulash, banitsa and mushroom risotto. Six countries, six new techniques. Led by Alicia Orellana.
