Open free-dance sessions. l'Associació Catalana de Dansa Lliure invites you to discover the world of dance and free movement on the last Thursday of each month. Malkovsky Free Dance is a “liberating dance”. François Malkovsky, founder of this method in the tradition of Isadora Duncan, developed movements inspired by nature to help the body unlearn patterns that have made it rigid, uncoordinated or blocked. This technique helps us rediscover the body's natural movement, which is fluid, tension-free... infinite, promoting physical, psychological and emotional well-being.
