Performed by l'Orfeó Barcelonès. L'Orfeó Barcelonès is the first orfeó in Spain and one of the first in Europe. Over its 173-year history it has experienced all kinds of periods and circumstances, including times of inactivity when political, social or economic conditions were adverse, but it has always kept an ember alive that has fortunately prevented it from falling into oblivion.
