An invitation to meet the Palestinian community through cookery workshops in the neighbourhoods of the Sant Martí district, in dialogue with Palestinian women (online with Gaza and the West Bank, and in person in Barcelona), learning about their culinary culture in order to raise awareness across the city of their dramatic situation, the result of a persistent occupation of their territory and a silenced genocide at the hands of the Israeli government. Programme. Thursday 14, 18:30 to 19:30: Press presentation. Llibreria Finestres-Palestina. Friday 16, 11:30 to 12:30: Fira del Mercat de mercats: show cooking. Saturday 17, 17:30 to 19:30: Opening and presentation of the programme at Centre Cívic Sant Martí. Monday 19 to Friday 23: Palestinian cookery workshops in the neighbourhoods, with Palestinian cooks.
