'Party Handbag' Workshop

Participants must know how to use a sewing machine. Make a Japanese-style party handbag. A comfortable and simple bag with a sophisticated touch that makes it irresistible. Materials for the first day: party fabrics with some body, such as taffeta, moiré or velvet, are ideal for this project. Bring 50 cm of the fabric you want to use for the bag and 50 cm of lining fabric (bear in mind that the lining may be visible). Avoid stretchy or very slippery fabrics. Basic sewing kit with fabric scissors, thread, measuring tape, seam ripper and needles. Also bobbin holder, bobbins, universal presser foot and sewing-machine needles, pencil and paper for notes.
