"Pau, pau, pau... La lluita de Pau Casals" is a concert paying tribute to Casals's legacy on the 150th anniversary of his birth. A proposal by Trio Orfeu that not only tells a story, but transforms it and becomes an artistic cry for peace, connecting the past with the humanitarian emergencies of the present. An emotional journey through the final decades of the master's life —from the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War to his death— and the major themes that shaped it: war, exile, dignity, solidarity and the legacy of peace.
