In 2006, Pignoise released an album that would forever change the course of their career and the landscape of Spanish pop-punk: Anunciado en televisión. With straightforward guitars, boundless energy and addictive choruses, the Madrid band became the soundtrack of a whole generation. The overwhelming impact of anthems such as Nada que perder and Te entiendo —closely tied to the TV phenomenon Los hombres de Paco— not only catapulted the group to mass success but also consolidated a distinctive sound that, two decades later, is still etched into the memory of millions. Twenty years after that milestone, Pignoise celebrates the enduring relevance of this key album with its reissue and their most ambitious tour to date.
