'Pilates-Dance' Workshop

Teachers: Mariana Galarza and Clàudia Sprenger. Through this Pilates-Dance discipline, we will use dance exercises to approach an almost complete fusion class: breathing, endurance, toning, stretching, coordination and flexibility.
